Mental Health Counseling Group operates on a private-pay basis, meaning all fees are paid directly to our practice at the time of your session. We do not bill insurance companies directly. However, we make it easy to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.
After each session, we provide a detailed receipt called a superbill. This document contains all the information your insurance company needs to process an out-of-network reimbursement claim, including:

Cancellation policy: We require 24 hours' advance notice for any session cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments are subject to a $50 fee. This policy helps us maintain availability for all clients.
